For over 60 years, the Portsmouth Housing Authority has provided affordable housing options for thousands of families, senior citizens and people with disabilities in Portsmouth. Portsmouth is a beautiful and historic city in the heart of New England's seacoast. The PHA has been instrumental in not only providing affordable housing, but also in preserving historic Portsmouth, one of the oldest cities in the United States.
