UK International Business Needs a Logo Design for Web, Social Media and Print

We need a logo design for a new company, based in London, that develops and executes international corporate projects for healthcare and aviation at pan-European level. The company is called "Cum Grano Salis Ltd." which means "with a pinch of salt" in Latin.
The logo will be used on the web, (proprietary site and affiliated site), offset printing, business card, letter head, email banner, social platform and brochure. Keep in mind that it can be resized therefore it should be clean and simple to be easy to use in each of the instances outlined above. We need a high res format for print and low res for online.
I would like to see logos that include salt, like a hand that holds a pinch of salt. We do not want any design featuring a salt shaker. The nails (if you draw them) on the hand can not be longer than the fingers, as the hand should be unisex.
