This is what JCEM Fire Warden was looking for in their logo design

I need a logo for use on clothing, hats, and web branding that is similar to the logo I have on my response vehicle but smaller for the use applications listed. I will upload an image of that logo for reference. I would like a color version and a black and white version for use flexibility. For the color version, I would like the lettering to be red with white outline and the elk and mountains a similar dark grey as the uploaded image. The text over the top of the image should be the capitalized initials "JCEM" and not the words in the uploaded logo. There should not be the words "Jefferson County" below the image. Instead the words "Fire Warden" should appear underneath. The background images should be scaled down to accommodate a logo that while not round, would be small enough to fit on a baseball hat.
