However, the current design style feels dated, with heavy visual elements, basic color fills, and a typeface that lacks the clean, refined aesthetic expected in today’s leadership and coaching market.

Redesign Objective:
The goal of this redesign is to modernize the existing logo while retaining the symbolic handshake as the central visual element.
