Logo for new orthopaedic surgery practice

This is what TK Orthopaedic Specialists. was looking for in their logo design

It is difficult because it is hard for me to say what I want. My husband and I are starting our own practice and I am looking for a design that is classy, sophisticated and would look great on a letter head and door. I used another company but something is missing. It should be simple as well. I’m hoping you can research and look up other orthopaedic practices and see a bunch of logos to get an idea of what things could be good. I want an actual unique logo, then the actual name of our practice written to the side of or below the logo. I love the color dark blue. Not sure what other color would go well with that. I’m sending files of what was done so far that we don’t like. I think it’s because the logo itself isn’t original. I love the orthopaedic tree, maybe subtly include something that reflects orthopaedic surgery. But I don’t like corny if that makes sense.
