Logo Design and strapline for Business Psychology/Consultancy and Training

This is what Consultancy and Training. Evidence-Based and Psychologically Informed OR Evidence-Based, Psychologically Informed Consultancy and Training. The design might also include the words: Integrity, Rigour, Clarity, Impact was looking for in their logo design

I need a logo design that I will initially use for my own consultancy and training work. I would like a design that I could then carry forward to be the logo for my consultancy company which will be called Evisolve. After being made redundant I am currently working in a freelance/sole trader capacity.
I would like a stand alone logo. I would also like a version which includes the *accompanying text: Evidence-Based, Psychologically Informed Consultancy and Training.
The design might also include the words: Integrity, Rigour, Clarity, Impact.
I would like:
1. A stand alone logo
2. A stand alone logo with the *accompanying text (Evidence-Based, Psychologically Informed Consultancy and Training.)
3. A Logo incorporating the consultancy name Evisolve
4. A logo incorporating the consultancy name Evisolve and the *accompanying text. (Evidence-Based, Psychologically Informed Consultancy and Training.)
