Growing billboard company needs a logo design

This is what Hudson Valley Outdoor was looking for in their logo design

We're a 104 year old family owned outdoor advertising (billboard) company based in New York that's in need of re-branding. We have moved to the 4th generation and have decided to operate under a new name, and as such, need a new logo design. We're an old company, but are looking to refresh our image and embrace a more modern feel to our brand. The final design should reflect a somewhat minimalist, modern feel, but also communicate what it is we do (we work with mostly local businesses to create advertising that fits their needs...and then print and install the ads on the billboard structures that we own).

Many other billboard companies around the country have a very similar looking logo that's meant to represent the "imprint" that's usually affixed to a company's billboard structure (uploaded as an attachment..."other typical logos").
