Logo for a high-performance brand for executives and athletes

This is what I don’t know - I’d like to see designs without text and some with it, maybe “Better than Before” was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo designed for our high-performance brand that incorporates symbolism from each of our four key development pillars outlined below. I think I’d like the logo to be very clean without too much detail, as it will be used on shirts, hats, and other promotional-style merchandise. Our brand slogans are “Better than Before”, “Pressure is a Privilege”, “Everything’s a Skill”, “No Limits” and “Success is a Byproduct”

1) Growth Mindset - continuous improvement and learning through dedication and hard work. An understanding that everything is a skill that can be develope. Symbolized by the Ouribous symbol or something representing an unending cycle of growth and transformation, like an upward spiral.
