Real estate logo refresh/update

This is what Hudson Valley Nest was looking for in their logo design

I like the person hugging the nest in the logo, but it needs a refresh perhaps in color palette or shades but overall a bit more sophisticated to include appeal with the luxury crowd as my client base runs across price points with the majority in mid to high range. The words "Hudson Valley Nest" also should have a more sophisticated look.

I will ultimately need different versions of this: 1) "Hudson Valley Nest" with nest logo 2) Hudson Valley Nest with nest logo and "Connected by Trust" under it BUT not with my name and also a version with my name (Sandi Park). 3) Hudson Valley Nest logo with the words Hudson Valley Nest under it. 4) Just the graphic logo.
