Wildland fire fighting company needs logo

This is what FireCrewFinder - Ready to roll was looking for in their logo design

I need a logo design for a company based out of Oregon. I am developing an online platform that will start by servicing the Pacific Northwest but eventually encompass all of the US continent. My online platform will connect certified wildland firefighters and personnel, with companies that have firefighting contracts with the federal government.

The website will be FireCrewFinder.com and the business name will be Fire Crew Finder. I would like a somewhat simple logo with a burning tree or something else that will signify a wildland fire. I am open to other options. My ideas so far are: Burning tree, name of FireCrewHire, and slogan of Ready to roll. My business goal is to connect wildland fire personnel with immediate vacancies that need to be filled within 1-12 hours of posting. This industry moves fast and has a sense of urgency. My platform will resemble a hybrid of Furnishedfinder.com, Indeed.com, and LinkedIn. Read more
