Modern Logo Design--Real Estate Financial Company

This is what MERCHANTS, Merchants or MMTC was looking for in their logo design

We are a leading real estate private lending firm looking for a logo redesign with a focus on a modern approach.

Our current brand colors are gold, blue and gray but we are looking for Modern designs that use other color variations--if you are going to submit a design that includes are current brand colors, PLEASE also include the same design with a different color scheme.

We would like the logo to say "MMTC" or "Merchants"---not the full name of the company that you currently see in our logo. We would like some of the options to also include a house icon or have the shape of a house included in the design
