Logo to be used for stationary, website and business cards

This is what Rudman Mediation was looking for in their logo design

I am starting a new private mediation business. Basically this means that I am hired by the lawyers representing people involved in a lawsuit, to help facilitate their negotiations and attempt to reach a settlement in their case before they have to go to trial.
