College Park Studio & Events Logo Design

This is what "College Park" is the main wording with "Studio & Events" as the secondary wording was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo design for a new Boutique Studio & Events Center called "College Park Studio & Events" This is a boutique size venue that hosts birthday parties, baby showers, business meetings, club meetings, photo studio, yoga studio, etc... We basically can seat up to 30 people table & chairs, maybe 50 seated with no table. it only 580 sq ft. We are located in a Small Historic Downtown area of Dickson TN. Our building is at the corner of Main Street and gets a lot of foot traffic and vehicle traffic passing by our window.. so we need a logo that everyone will see, love and remember. Try to design something with a historic downtown look or feel. The name its self comes from being located on College Street beside a small Park. This is NOT a College Town.. Our building is a 1940's with 1970's style brick interior walls. So it has an old town industrial look on the inside.
