I need an updated Real Estate Company Logo - Current logo attached

This is what Market Trends Real Estate was looking for in their logo design

Would like to update the attached real estate logo. I don't want it to be completely changed, but I need it to look a bit more modern and updated. Arrow design can be removed/modified.
I need the logo to work well with email, print advertising, business cards, real estate signs...
