Logo for Uplift Real Estate

This is what Uplift Real Estate was looking for in their logo design

Looking for a logo for my real estate brand, Uplift Real Estate. I am looking for an upbeat, uplifting logo. This logo will be used prominently on my Real Estate Signs, so I want the logo to be memorable and not generic looking. The logo needs to look great on my sign, but it's also important that the logo looks good on merchandise (mugs, hats, sweaters, etc). With my brand being 'uplift', I'm looking for an uplifting, creative logo.

An idea: We could put 'roof' above the letter 'U' so it looks like an upward arrow which plays with the uplift theme.
