Cartoon Logo for Blue Pelican Roofing

This is what Blue Pelican Roofing was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo design for a new residential roofing company. We want our logo to be unique in a way that the logo helps create the brand we are marketing. The blue pelican should be the center piece of the logo and branding. We would like for the pelican to be cartoonish in a way, almost looney tunes like. He should be a happy pelican, possibly holding a hammer and or tool belt. (mario bros or handy manny). I also like a circle logo with character i. middle.
