Re-Branding for Architecture Firm

This is what Rudd Designs - Residential Consulting was looking for in their logo design

Rudd Designs has been designing homes on the gulf coast for 25 years. We are re-branding and getting ready to grow. We would like to develop a recognizable brand logo, that is a little more "signature-esque" and updated to todays modern styles. An "RD" emblem for use on signs and social media is a plus.
I also would like to develop a sub-logo for me personally that showcases my signature with my name and title below it, for use as an email signature as well as a business card element for me personally.
Needed:
A: "Rudd Designs/ Residential Consulting" logo
B: "RD/Residential Consulting" initials sub-logo
C: "Steven Rudd/ founder-designer" Name signature
