This is what RenewLease.com was looking for in their logo design

renewlease.com is a website that offers to assist commercial tenants renew their lease with their current landlords.

The company is a commercial real estate brokerage firm. I didn't want to receive very typical real estate logos ( especially not residential real estate logos )

I'm very open to ideas. I personally like simple and creative designs (not busy).

Would adding some words about the typical process be beneficial. If so:
