Logo for philanthropy ethics commitment

This is what Code of Ethics was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo designed that Christian K-12 schools can put on their websites to demonstrate that they have made a commitment to fund-raising ethical practices. Schools ask donors for a lot of money. They should be assured that the school is ethical. The concept is "integrity".
It must be able to go on school websites and thus read easily when small.
