TARGET GROUP: construction, sanitary, electrical etc. companies mostly from Eastern Europe (Bulgaria, Romania, Czechoslovakia, Poland, Hungary), coming to Germany to work in construction or project work. They come in groups of 2-8 people and would rent a whole apartment with single beds for everyone, typically between 1-12 weeks. Each apartment contains a fully-equipped kitchen, fridge, bathroom and well-working internet.
