"Apalach Small Batch" local hot sauce - big flavor, small town!

We're a small company selling hand-crafted food and merchandise produced in the "Old Florida" town of Apalachicola on the Gulf Coast. A historic fishing village of ~2,000 people, our local identity is tied to nature, the waterways, fishing/oystering/shrimping, and a true connection to nature. We are kind of at the end of the world (2 hours to a Wal-Mart or a Starbucks!) and there is a sense of rugged individualism here. Having said that, it's a tight - knit community that, today, survives more on tourism than the seafood trade. Travelers to here value our authentic, down-home community vibes, lack of pretension, and the feeling that nothing else in Florida is like this place anymore. Organic, local, proud, and a little tongue in cheek too.

We need a logo/label for the initial product launch of "Apalach Small Batch,” a locally produced hot sauce - 3 varieties, names TBD - that perfectly complements the seafood our area is known for (and pork/beef/chicken, let's be clear!)
