Updated brief

Thanks for all the input. Some cracking designs. However for the last day and the last few designs I want to try something a touch different.

I want a real clean proffesional look thats suttle. Something with a maybe a £
sign or a house chimney within the text or both. Its important that these logos represent what the business does which is connecting investors to property.
