We are respectful of our customers, our drivers and our environment.

We only use hybrid vehicles and are proud that we offer a "greener" alternative than our major competitors.
We are contemporary in look and feel and attitude.


BACKGROUND
Currently customer satisfaction with the taxi industry is at an all time low of 53%.

Customers are unhappy with service quality, driver quality and knowledge, service choice and flexibility, passenger safety and overpriced fares. There is no clear course of action for complaint resolution.
