PhESi needs a logo design

This is what PhESi was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo designed for Pharmaceutical Pipeline Enhancement Strategies, LLC (PhESi). We currently provide the following consulting and analysis services to drug development organizations throughout the world:

•Performance based clinical trial investigator site selection services
•Benchmark metrics at investigator site level, clinical trial level, development project level, and portfolio level
•Project and protocol planning, including clinical trial feasibility analysis
•Process improvement

The prominent color of the logo should be #3498db to match the theme of our web site. The final design should emphasize elements such as clinical trial, drug development, performance, efficiency, etc.

You can ignore above requirements if they are limiting your creativity. The only thing I ask you to keep in mind is that our clients are not individual consumer, but professional companies.
