Logo Design for International Pipeline Equipment Manufacturer

This is what SMC - Sawyer Mfg Company was looking for in their logo design

Sawyer Mfg Co. (USA) has purchased PSW (UK). We need a new logo to replace the current PSW logo. This new logo will have SMC and Sawyer Mfg Company title, but will keep some of the old elements from the recognizable PSW logo.

I have provided the current logo for Sawyer Mfg and PSW. I am sorry but PSW did not provide us with their original file for the logo, all I have is the pdf.
