This is what Motherlode Consulting was looking for in their logo design

Motherlode Consulting is a newly created boutique consultancy focussing on delivering strategic consulting to medium and large businesses, with a focus on:
- Strategic planning and execution.
- Corporate function optimisation, especially in the areas of finance, commercial, and IT. This includes implementing the right functional design for the needs of the business, and ensuring the right skills.
- Performance management, in particular project governance and control, operational metrics and management reporting.

I have in mind a tag line for the business being:

"Helping business to discover sustainable value."

I am looking for a logo which I can use on a website, report templates (powerpoint and word), letterhead and business cards.
