We need a logo design for a new company based in Seattle called "LDR Technologies Inc." We are a company that is using predictive analytics to help companies form better teams and develop leaders. "LDR" in our minds could stand for "Leadership Development Rating"

We are a SaaS based company that is building a database that captures what people value in leaders. You can think of it like a "FICO-score" (US Credit Rating) for leadership development. We are partial to the color blue, like elegant, clean and minimalist designs. The final design should communicate organizational health and leadership development.
