Aggressive Video Producer & Photographer Needs Logo to help Establish Brand

This is what One Man Consensus was looking for in their logo design

I've been working as a freelance videographer & photographer in the Austin area for a number of years (supplementing a 9-5), but focusing on just a handful of projects in a given year, found mostly by word of mouth. I would like to start to more aggressively seeking more & larger projects using a rebuilt site and branded channels (Twitter, FB, etc.), but I am having a hard time with a concept that works long-term (meaning: who I am today AND if it were ever to grow into a true production house) & the vector work needed to create something professional looking.

I have been operating (writing, producing, directing, shooting, editing) in the world of narrative, documentary & corporate work under the name One Man Consensus Productions and I also take on some design (though mostly layout) and writing/editorial projects.
