Tranest

This is what elivingstore was looking for in their logo design

Tranest is an app that lets users translate their favorite mobile apps to other languages(e.g. translate from English to Spanish), with Tranest, users could also report issues to App owners.

So totally Tranest is a community for both App owners and App users.
