Construction Company needs Logo Design

We need a logo for a new construction management company in Phoenix, AZ, called OCM, LLC. Their tagline is Construction Maintenance and Management. They already have an established client base, mostly mid-sized companies with mid to large scale land development projects and manufacturing plants with maintenance projects.

They are looking for a strong, sturdy looking logo, something that is clean and masculine. It will likely be an emblem type logo, possibly with the look of steel or metal. The owner likes the idea of it having an American patriotic feel but that isn't required. It is going to be used primarily for business cards, letterhead and for embroidery on shirts and hats.
