"Green" Cloud/Offsite Data Backup Company Needs a Logo Design

We need a creative, original, and modern logo design for Evergreen Backup - an "eco-friendly" cloud/offsite data backup company that specializes in managed services for businesses and nonprofits. We are a very sophisticated and cutting-edge company, and our logo should reflect this. We value simplicity and clarity in design, and generally gravitate to "Web 2.0-style" designs. Because of our image and our name, we think that the logo design should likely include the color green. Also, we need to be able to extract an icon from our logo to use as our "favicon" and for other branding activities, so please make sure that it's readily recognizable.
