Logo Design Project For Writer + Creative Director

This is what Jeff Jenks was looking for in their logo design

I need a logotype of my name (Jeff Jenks) to help brand my portfolio site.

I'm an advertising creative director and writer.

Looking for a bold and simple execution of my name. Can be all type. Open to other ideas as well, including a lettermark logo of my initials (JJ). If a lettermark logo, it may need a sub with my full name to pay it off.

Off the wall idea: Most people refer to me by my last name, which is Jenks. So, one thought is reversing my first and last name with a comma between: Jenks, Jeff. Might have the effect of making it seem more disruptive or official. Not a mandatory at all.

UPDATE TO HELP DIAL IN DESIGNS:

Simpler is better.

For my name, probably best just to keep it one line. (Rather than stacking or overlaying it.)

Please just explore using black for now. Once design is selected, we can explore use of color.
