Logo Design for Property Development Company

This is what Taylor Grey Construction Ltd was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo designing for a company which will be building/developing property.

We don't have any colour requirements currently, so are open to suggestions but would like to see something professional and conservative.

An icon/image of a house in the logo would be a design idea we would like to see.

The final design should be presented in layered/editable psd and png (fireworks) files.
