Equestrian Apparel Boutique Needs New Logo Design

This is what Performance Horse & Rider was looking for in their logo design

I need a new logo design for an equestrian products and apparel boutique located just outside Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. 'Performance Horse & Rider' retails the highest quality (read high-end) equipment and apparel for competitive equestrians. I deal mostly with show jumpers and hunters, and focus on the sport aspect of the equestrian industry.

I have uploaded my current two logos, which I hate. Both have maple leafs incorporated, and I am indifferent as to whether the new logo includes one. Because the name is long, I need a logo that is easily recognizable from a distance, and well suited to embroidery. My current colour scheme is Black with grey and white, and red accents. I'm looking for the new logo to be elegant, but modern, simple, and trendy. Read more
