Logo Design Project

This is what AltuMetrics was looking for in their logo design

I want an eye catching logo that supports my Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability consulting. My website is www.AltuMetrics.com(check it out). I would like to use colors of blue, green and if it makes sense red. The color Blue I use is what is on my website for AltuM. Altum is defined as: nourish, cherish, support, sustain, maintain, keep.
I have several slogans on website that should help in design.
