Signage Design Brief
We are creating a large wall graphic. It is going to be used as an employee of the month wall.
In total the design will be 23' long x 42" high. On the left side of the design there will be a volumetric flask with a red (PMS 1915C) liquid pouring out of the container flowing, left to right, which forms part of the bottom boundary on the design. On the right side there will be a beaker containing a blue (3115 C) liquid, which will be pouring out of the beaker and flowing right to left, towards the red fluid. When the two fluids meet they should turn purple (2587 C). Below the sketch will say, "We're developing great Employees Every Month"(please use a standard font that I can purchase because the customer may change the copy.) Please review the attached sketch.
I also need bubbles and fizz designed, they will be arrayed above the containers and liquid. The bubbles will vary in size and quantity (See below). The fizz can be smaller than the bubbles. The large bubbles need to be arrayed left to right, they are going to represent months of the year, each month the center’s best employee is going to have their portrait photo printed on removable material and mounted onto the bubble. The color of these bubbles can vary in shade and intensity but please pull from the established pallet.
14” diameter bubbles, quantity is 12.
4” diameter bubbles, quantity 8.
1.5” diameter bubbles, quantity 6.
Fizz (popping bubbles), quantity is flexible, size is flexible.
These graphics will be solvent printed onto vinyl and cut to shape. Ideally they would be vector based artwork, but if they are high res raster images (minimal 150dpi) I would need the outlines to convert into a cut file, the final design will be a contour cut file.
The art should look realistic, but not be photographs. It needs to be a computer generated illustration, not a hand drawing.
Updates
No stock clip art. It will look too cartoony there needs to be some realism to the illustration.

I've added a photo to the prompt so you can see what the cut vinyl is being installed onto.
