Logo Design Brief

I have just purchased a business that has a logo that I do not like (especially the red). I would like something a little more clean and simple. I have found a logo that is exactly the look I am going for that I will upload. The business is called, "Gold Lion Marquees". I would like a picture of a lion with a crown and simple writing of the business name. I have uploaded the existing logo and the style of logo that I like.
