Art Design Brief

I have a drawing I need cleaned up for use on a business contact card. My daughter drew it from my logo. I want to have it put on a card with my office's emergency number for patients who had extensive procedures done. It does not need any wording, just the picture. I would love creative colors. We also would like it to be whismical.

I received a design, but it made me realize I was not clear what I wanted.  The blue logo I posted is my office logo.  I just added it in case someone wanted to see it.  The pencil drawing of the hummingbird with a toothache is the one I want cleaned up.  I'm going to put the picture on a card with our emergency number.  I will NOT be using or altering my logo.  The logo is for reference only.  Thanks.

WIll be posting feedback tonight.  Keep in mind that the bird is having a toothache, so majestic wings don't really fit.

 I am looking for a humming bird with a toothache that has a 1920's vintage look to it. I feel like my original drawing made me think of that era perfectly.  Someone with a toothache during the 1920s.
