About : "Mon" means "entrée" in Vietnamese.
Every home-cooked meal in Vietnam consists of 2-4 "mon". Each "mon" is carefully planned so they come together to create a harmonious, healthy & balanced meal:
1) GREEN ("mon rau") (green)
2) GRAIN ("mon com") (orange)
3) PROTEIN ("mon manh") (red)
4) SWEET ("mon choi") (pink)
Our customers will choose from a rotating menu daily of greens, grains, proteins to create their harmoniously balanced meals.
