Web Design Brief

I'm looking for a flat design that that is very simple on the eye but with style. I need it to have a footer for some links etc, and the header needs a new feel but nothing to major.

This one page design is needed for the main page of the classified site...after this page is correct then all the other pages need to be designed to follow a similar style (new work).

I want more emphasis on the text rather than the images as a lot of users don't add images of the vehicles.

Attached is a mock up of the information and rough layout.

Cartradingclub.com is a classified site for car dealers only, I've also attached how the main competitions site looks.

Target Market(s)

Middle aged men, these guys are car dealers so it needs to be basic and easy for them as they aren't techie types.
