Logo Design Brief

We are looking for an awesome logo design for our new company based in Toronto Canada called Jaxx&Marbles. We design cool "must have" kid accessories. We are open to the use of color but please note that the logo must appeal to both boys and girls and it must also work in black and white. We are hoping that some key components might be incorporated (but not a deal breaker), possibly the use of the game jax. As well the logo must be able to be read on small packaging labels.
