Web Design Brief

We need a completely coded design based in Wordpress CMS that is designed with mobile in mind first! I would like to carry over the style of our current website (specialpuppies.c0m) into the design of the responsive website. In addition, please only submit designs if you provide high quality admin support, as the winning design will likely be hired to provide monthly support forward at $100/month (SEO skill set valued). Also am looking for a quote on an iphone and android app so please submit designs only if you have capability to create the highest quality apps. No cheap looking template submissions please...will need form, chat, sign in and e-commerce integration. I have vector files if needed for website.
