Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my recruitment company that will be headquartered in the UK, but work with clients internationally. The business specialises in the Technology, Media and Telecoms sectors and provides a holistic approach to Human Capital Solutions.

in addition to working with clients to fill roles as defined by verbal or written briefs, Inspired Talent will consult with clients on issues such as staff retention and attrition reduction. Providing a much more "partnered" approach to client relationships.

I have no idea on colour, however I am leaning towards the letter I as the main symbol as opposed to a generic image represented in the email. A logo I like (but clearly would not like to replicate in anyway) can be found at www.rethinkgroupltd.com a clever use of the letter 'R' and simple but effective.
