The film is a mockumentary about a crazy Norwegian director, Paul King", trying to make a comeback. This director is an asshole and extremely demanding and difficult. He think people should be willing to do anything to work with him, however of course they are not. He has crazy ideas like his latest film which is called "Bono's Dirty Edge". He has assistants who aim to please and do everything right. The lovable thing about him is that he is completely unaware that his ideas are crazy. He thinks his ideas and demands are completely reasonable and normal. This film focuses on recasting for a lead role in his film "Bono's dirty edge". King insists the actress be a vegan and that she must eat a chicken in the audition. He wants her to be willing to sacrifice her beliefs in order to get the role. Of course she is furious and refuses to eat the chicken. This comes back on King when he finds out that the actress is the niece of his producer who he is trying to get more money from.
