T-shirt Design Brief

I'm looking for a T-shirt design for a young and fun technology sales team. We're entrepreneurial, fast mover, hunter/killer type sales people. Our team covers the America's region (Canada to Brazil) and we sell network infrastructure technology to Service Providers (www.meraki.com). My concept is to mimic the design of the Team America movie poster. Ex: change the title to "Team America's - Service Provider". Perhaps a large design for the back of the shirt, and a small logo or design for the front. Check out the attachments for our company logo and a design idea. I'll use Custom Ink to order the shirts, so file format and design should be compatible with them.
