Logo Design Brief

Need a blog/website logo for blameitonstyle.com which is a blog that posts photos for fashion items. The logo needs to be in cursive script format with a fashion oriented icon to the left of the script portion of the logo. Please see the attached MS Word file for an example of what we are looking for. The script portion of the logo needs to be in black. There need to be 3 logo's...one in total with the script and icon, one with just the icon, and one with just the scipt, and one with the entire logo and to the bottom right saying: By Irene. Will need in all formats: jpg, bmp, vector, etc, etc.
