You do realize that this logo is nothing more than dressed up clip art.

Which is not allowed to be used in logos since you will be unable to trademark it.

Frankly, it is not really relevant who you are. That logo clearly breaches the terms that all designers are required to accept when submitting designs. So, if they allow you to use it, then Designcrowd itself becomes culpable. I have already brought it to their attention, so I would imagine that they should be contacting you soon.

It sickens me that no one wants to pay for creativity, yet everyone always b#$@&s about there not being enough creativity... it is because people constantly steal from those of us who take the time to create!
