Can we make this guaranteed? Also are free samples in the mix for the winning design?

I would certainly pay the full fee for a logo that I really couldn't go without. At the moment, I'd like to see the caliber of the designs before making that commitment. The several submitted thus far have not captivated my interest. But one was on the right track! That being said, I would definitely provide a free sample to the winner!

Would love to guarantee but I need to see at least a few samples that are finalist quality. So far, I have only seen 2 that are considerably on the right track but certainly not finalists yet. Maybe after some alterations. Please re-read the brief as it has been revised to provide more details and inspiration. Thank you.
