Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a new business, called Sydney Holiday Rentals. This will manage the rentals of holiday homes and apartments throughout the city and local beach areas. As the sky and sea here are normally vivid blue that colour should feature strongly. The logo will be printed onto some tshirts also (left breast) so needs to be recognisable in that format too; I'm thinking not too many fine details. It needs to be instantly recognisable as Sydney (think Bridge and Opera House outlines). If any beach element can be incorporated that may be helpful but I can't envisage it at the moment, maybe you can! I am find without it if it doesn't work for your idea.
