How about my design? You seemed to like it...
Anyway if you expect best designers to work on your project you should consider increasing your budget.
It's unlikely you get quality works with luxury feel for €110 (the winning designer gets only 85% of that because of the fee).
Projects with decent budget get 200 - 400 submissions, I'm sure you'd be satisfied with the results.
